Hi Reggie,

Have you looked at the logs from the switch?

The 8632TX is an original card that’s probably over 10 years old. You should probably budget to replace that equipment.

Any thoughts?

Hi Mike, Do you have any follow up on the CPU issue? We are running 5.1.2.0 and seeing a spiking of CPU at intervals. We do need to up the code, but downtime (even 5-10 minutes) is always difficult to get approved.
