The ERS1424T does NOT have the VRRP feature. I believe the general reason is there’s no really good reason to have such a high-end feature in such a low-end switch.

If you’re building a resilient network that is capable of surviving a switch/router failure you would probably start with an ERS1600 series at a minimum.
