I can only share what I know... but as you hint to I&#039;m sure there was some major issue(s) that caused them to pull the previous 5.x releases. I never heard of any issues personally, probably because so many people are still reeling from the 4.1.6.x release and haven&#039;t yet jumped to the 5.x software. I only have 2 switches out of 36 that are running 5.x software, and then those 34 remaining switches only 8 of them are running 4.1.8.x while all the others are running 4.1.3.x.

		<description>Well... it&#039;s kinda funny if you know some more background why all those other 5 versions where pulled. There was a major bug introduced in 5, which has been solved top priority in 5.1.1.1 So Nortel choose the safeside to remove all other version from the webside as a service to the customer (no confusion). LOL sweeping their own street pretty clean I would say.</description>
