The cli command is:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;configure terminal&lt;br/&gt;username -name- -password- ro/rw&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So, to set a new username for read-write, it would be:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;username admin justsomepassword rw&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;if you wanted the username to be &quot;admin&quot;.</description>
