Hi Raul,

Let me suggest that you take any future issues to the <a href="http://forums.networkinfrastructure.info/motorola-wireless-lan-switches/" rel="nofollow">discussion forums</a>.

I'm assuming you can ping the interface?

I believe the default configuration is for HTTPS. I would try https://10.1.1.100

Good Luck!

Hi. Thanks for this resource . its great.I am trying to access the RFS6000 switch via WebUI and am using the MGMT port.
THe IP address for the me1 interface is 10.1.1.100 but when I try and use that http://10.1.1.100 ... it does not allow me access..
I am using my NIC ethernet port from a laptop to MGMT port on swtich.

Hi Omar,

You will lose the configuration but you'll have access to the switch again so you can re-configure it as you like.

Good Luck!

Hello good days, I need resetear the password of my ws5100 since I do not remember it, I saw the steps to continuing, my consultation is if I do the above mentioned steps, I lose the whole configuration of the current switch? Have I to return to form it?

Hi Melvin,

What exactly do you mean by "could not connect to it?" You couldn't get a login prompt? You realize that at the "login" prompt you need to use the userID of "cli" and then at the username prompt use "admin" followed by "superuser".

Good Luck!
