		<description><![CDATA[I have 8 5520s that are incorporated into a new Avaya VOIP network.  2 VLANS, voice and data.  6 of the switches are working well.  2 of them (with the same configuration as the other 6) are not seeing the voice vlan.  Could a firmware and/or software upgrade help me?  They are on an old release (FW:4.2.0.12  SW:v4.2.0.002).]]></description>
